The best time to shop for supplies is during the holidays, and one of the best shopping days in the U.S. is Black Friday, where most to all stores will put on the most ridiculously lowered prices on items for sale.  However, since I feel shopping in stores is soooo overrated, I thought I'd post a few deals happening online.
